To Our Valued Patients:

We are very excited to welcome you back to Daugherty Dental! The health and safety of our patients and employees has always been our top priority. As we return to our normal habits and routines, we want to reassure you of this commitment.

Please know that the precautions we already take every day to prevent the spread of infection in our practice also prevent the spread of COVID-19.

We will continue to adhere to the American Dental Association (ADA) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Guidelines, including the following precautions:

Cleanliness– Our standard cleaning procedures have always used ADA-certified cleansers and disinfectants to maintain the cleanliness of our office and equipment. Our entire staff is dedicated to minimizing the risk of transmission of germs by sanitizing common surfaces such as our waiting room and treatment areas, wearing proper PPE, frequently washing our hands, and disinfecting all equipment and instruments.

Patient Screening – During the scheduling process, we will ask you questions about your health status, including if you have a fever, cough, or shortness of breath or been exposed to someone with a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

Your Appointment– If your appointment was canceled due to COVID-19, we will reach out to you to reschedule. All appointments scheduled for June 8 or after will remain as originally scheduled. As always, we are happy to accommodate your schedule. If you need to modify your appointment for any reason, please contact us.

Additionally, we are rolling out a new patient portal that will allow you to complete and submit patient registration forms directly on our website and customize how you’d like to receive notifications from our office, including appointment reminders. We look forward to sharing updates on this service in the coming weeks.

We will continue to monitor the ADA and CDC for updates and will take all additional steps necessary to remain in strict compliance with their guidelines. Additional updates will be posted on our website: www.daughertydental.com.

We are thrilled to once again provide a safe, clean and trustworthy home for your dental health needs. Please don’t hesitate to contact us for any reason.
